Tips to Staying Healthy and Limiting the Spread of Illness

Now more than ever it’s important to take care of ourselves and do our part to flatten the curve. Here is a roundup of some quick tips from the CDC to keep you healthy and to limit the spread of illness: 

Wash your hands for at least 15-20 seconds with soap and water. If soap and water aren’t readily available, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, computers, phones, keyboards, sinks, toilets, faucets and countertops.

Stay home as much as possible and practice social distancing by keeping at least six feet from others if you have to go out in public.

Wear a cloth face covering while taking necessary trips to the grocery store or pharmacy, where social distancing might be harder to maintain. staying-healthy-while-running-your-business-795x450
